1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• Contact maxxim88 customer service immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

maxxim88 supports a range of local payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (Online Banking), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by maxxim88 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Members are required to read and understand the terms of each bonus before accepting it.

Welcome Bonus: maxxim88 offers a first deposit bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds and any related winnings may be withdrawn.

Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering requirement RM120 × 10 = RM1,200 must be completed.

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• maxxim88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraud or abuse is detected.
• The maxxim88 VIP Programme has five (5) tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, each offering a different weekly cashback rate.
• Promotions may not be combined unless specifically stated in the terms of that promotion.

6General Game Rules

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical error.
• In the event of a technical failure or interruption during a game session, maxxim88 will use the stored session data to determine the final outcome.
• Bets placed during a network disruption on the member's end are entirely the member's responsibility.
• maxxim88 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any game if there is suspicion regarding the integrity of that game.

7Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the maxxim88 platform:

• Registering more than one (1) account for any purpose, including to obtain multiple bonus benefits.
• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to play or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other members to exploit bonuses, promotions, or game systems.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal activities or engaging in any form of money laundering.
• Providing false information or another person's identity during registration or the verification process.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balance and bonus balance, and appropriate legal action.

8Account Termination and Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the maxxim88 customer service team. Before closure, ensure all related wagering requirements have been met and settle any outstanding withdrawals.

maxxim88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering is suspected or confirmed.
• The registration information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement are received.

9Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

• Members agree that use of this platform is at their own personal risk.
• maxxim88 is not responsible for the content of third-party websites even if links to them appear on our platform.

10Amendments to Terms and Conditions

maxxim88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without providing individual notice to each member.
